其实幸福感很容易获得，就像和最亲近的人在一起，又比如做自己喜欢的事，亦或是享用这份美味的套饭。有时候对美味的追求也很简单，喜欢偶然遇到的美食，也许环境并不高大上，也许食材很普通，但丝毫不影响美味的体验感。
