Juicy & spicy Chettinaad fried chicken | Recipe

Chettinaad chicken is my all time favourite strarter in nonveg. I love that spicy, Juicy,sour and all the tasty flavours. Today I am going to share my recipe with all steemians...._20180710_150908.jpg
Method:
1 - Chicken-500 grams cut in to small piece
2 - Add turmeric powder- half teaspoon
Solt- as per your test
Lemon juice- one teaspoon
Black pepper powder- one teaspoon
Mix and marinate for 30 minutes
3 - Ingredients for masala paste
- Dried red chillies - 8 or 10
- Green chillies - 2
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic cloves - 6 or 8
- Onion - 1 medium sized
- Curry leaves - 8 or 10
Grind them in to a fine paste
4 - Mix this ground masala in the chicken
pieces and add 1 teaspoon rice flour and
mix it well. Marinate at least 1 hour
5 - Hit oil or butter and shallowfry the
chicken pieces till it gets tender.
After 20 to 25 minutes Chettinaad fried
chickenn is ready to serve.
