Spinach roll
Ingredients:
Spinach,
Butter,
Salt,
Black pepper,
Eggs,
Cream cheese.
In a skillet, cook the spinach with a little butter, salt and black pepper.
After cooking spinach add the eggs, mix until they are well integrated with the spinach.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper, bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Take the roll out of the oven and spread the cheese over the whole surface.
Roll the roll.
