KITCHEN WITH ME: CINNAMON ROLLS.

Nice day friends of Steemit, this time I bring you a recipe that fascinates me in particular,
CINNAMON ROLLS, these are a variation of sweet bread, rolled into a serpentine form, filled with butter, sugar and cinnamon , in some cases covered with glaze or in another case they only have cinnamon powder as a final touch, everything to taste of whoever is going to eat it. They are of a soft consistency, with a delicate cinnamon flavor and an insurmountable aroma.

INGREDIENTS:
»500 grams of wheat flour.
»50 grams of sugar.
»10 grams of dry yeast.
»175 ml. of warm milk.
»225 grams of melted butter.
»1 egg.
»1 teaspoon salt.
»Vanilla

PREPARATION:

• MIX 1: Place in a bolw (sugar, yeast and salt), join these ingredients.

• MIX 2: In another bolw place (warm milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla) and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.

• Join MIX 1 AND 2.

• Finally add the wheat flour little by little, knead until the dough is smooth and take off from the bowl.

• Place the dough in a bag or a wide container with a little flour in the bottom, covered with a cloth.

• Let rise for 2 hours.

• After 2 hours the excess air is removed from the dough and stretched in a rectangular shape, approximately 60cm x 35cm (everything depends on the size you want the roles).

• It is spread over the whole butter surface (this is so that the mixture of sugar and cinnamon sticks.

• Spread the mixture of sugar and cinnamon and then proceed to roll up.

• We will obtain a long cylinder roll, this will be divided into 12 parts.

• In a previously greased tray the roles are placed and they are squashed a little, to later let them rest for 1 hour covered with a cloth.

• Before taking them to the oven, butter, sugar and cinnamon are added to each one.

• They are taken to the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 180 ° C. or until they are golden and their scent is irresistibly delicious.

We can give you an extra plus with a real icing, we just mix 250 grams of icing sugar and an egg white and we bathe our roles when they are already at room temperature. Another super plus is to put a little melted chocolate.
