COCOYAM FLOUR PREPARATION
The procedure is very simple. To prepare your cocoyam flour, first cut your cocoyam (ede) into pieces, dry it in the sun, make sure is very dry that you can easily break it into pieces. After that grind it very well to be in a powdered form and store in a container or waterproof.
You can easily use it when preparing cocoyam soup (ofe ede). Just the way you prepare your achi and ofor soup, instead of cooking your cocoyam and pounding it, you can just add the powdered cocoyam. You have nothing to fear cause the taste are the same. Try it and thank me later.
