FIRST TIME I MAKE ROSE APPLE PIE
(in the video has a typo "pipe" - pie. I'm so sorry about that)

I had a wonderful week with my husband's birthday, Curie, C-squared upvote, on Steemkitchen's "Picks of the week" and yesterday I became the first "Qurator's SHOOTING STAR OF THE WEEK". So, I feel so happy about that!
I have to admit I love roses, and so today I will make a rose apple pie.
A little patience, a little skillful to make the rose apple pie to give to mother or friends, relatives on special occasions will be very meaning.
So, let's make the cake with me now!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 apples.
- 200gr of flour.
- 60gr butter.
- 50gr of sugar.
- 20ml of honey.
- A lime fruit.
METHOD:
-The first, The apple is washed, I sliced it and then soaked in 220ml of water dissolved sugar and lime juice. Soak for about 15 minutes, then remove the apples, let drain.
-Next, I Mix the butter with flour and pour the soaking apple water in a dough mixture, just knead until the flour is smooth, then use a rolling pin to making a thin dough.
- Then, I Use a knife to cut the dough into long pieces.
- After that, Roll about 15 slices of apples with long dough together to form a rose.
-Finally, place the rolls of roses into the tart molds and cupcake baking molds that are lined with paper, spread honey on the apples and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
