Filipino food, Prawn Sinigang
Prawn cooked in Tamarin and other veggies, this kind of soup is good on a rainy season. Yummy!
Recipe as follows
1/4 kilo fresh prawns, 1 ltr tap water, mustard leaves, 3 to 4 pcs long chili, 20g tamarin powder mix, 1 1/2 tablespoon salt
Put the prawns in a casserole pot of 1 ltr boiling water for about 20 mins, then add 3 to 4 pcs long chili, 20g tamarin powder mix, let it boil for a while add 1 1/2 tablespoon of salt, let it boil for 3 mins then add mustard leaves simmer for 2 mins then serve and enjoy.
