Celebrating Endiversity

This one I'm particularly proud of, it's another dish I made up at work for the entrée midi. This is heckin' gosh darn good.

You have here a lovingly prepared dish of belgian endives braised in orange with gorgonzola cheese, Italian speck, arugula, chives (sexy) and fried caper oil drizzled on the top.

I'd like to give a big shoutout to arugula for always being there for moral support.

No I'm not apologizing for that terrible pun, you're welcome in fact. Have a nice Thursday.
