RICE EASY WITH LENTILS.

Nothing more nutritious that provides fiber like grains. Our lunch today will be a delicious salad of rice with lentils to nourish our body from the fiber provided by the grains and keep us active for the day that is not over yet.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of lentils
1 cup of rice.
1 cup of ham
1 Tin of peas
1 branch of chives
2 Hard eggs.

PREPARATION:

The preparation of our plate, we will do it in a basic way, it is a cold but delicious and nutritious food.

First we should cook the lentils in salted water until they soften. When ready, we put them together and reserve.

Apart we cook the rice in its traditional form and also reserve.

Chop the ham into small squares. We parboil the eggs until they harden, then we remove the peel and cut into wheels.

In a bold bold place the rice, lentils, ham, chopped scallions and green peas, mix well to combine all the ingredients.

When serving our salad, place slices of hard-boiled egg on top to garnish.

If you wish you can add mayonnaise or sweet and sour sauce. I particularly like it without other additives ..
