The story at night when sitting in a shop belongs to mak sam. This shop has become our daily base to enjoy a glass of coffee or a fresh drink that is provided.

There are even foods that are capable of filling when lazy to move home. Last night, I ordered an indomie at the mak sam stall. To add flavor from Indomie I look for shrimp as a complement of this indomie.

Indomie made mak sam is remarkable, stored a million flavors in it. And if you see the color and shape of indomie just like in other places. Just use regular seasoning and cooked by ordinary people as well.
Maybe what makes this indomie taste better is the extra shrimp in it that I clean and peel the shrimp skin perfectly.
It is delicious and filling and makes the heart happy.
