Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pizza base
- Shredded chicken
- Bacon
- Mozzarella cheese
- Tomato
- Onion
- Barbecue sauce
Preparation
Cut the breast into small pieces of bite, and fry them lightly in a pan. Add a tablespoon of barbecue sauce and stir for all the pieces are impregnated. We do not fully cook the breast pieces, because they will be finished in the oven. We preheat the oven to 220º. On the basis of the pizza, we spread out a bit of homemade fried tomato, and distribute the ball of mozzarella that we will have properly chopped together with the bacon. Equally we have the onion cut in julienne and we are sharing the pieces of chicken with barbecue sauce on the surface of the pizza. We bake for about 12 minutes until we see the dough well crunchy and golden. We serve immediately.
