Ingredientes:

4 ovos
3 colheres de sopa de açúcar de côco ou mascavado
2 colheres de sopa de iogurte grego
2 colheres de sopa de farinha de côco
2 colheres de sopa de farinha de aveia
4 colheres de sopa de côco ralado
1 colher de chá de fermento
Mirtilos a gosto

Preparação:

Bater os ovos com o açúcar e o iogurte.
Juntar as farinhas, o côco e o fermento.
Untar as formas de queques com óleo de côco e deitar dois ou três mirtilos.
Encher com o preparado até 3/4.
Colocar mais três ou quatro mirtilos e levar ao forno a 180ºC durante 20 a 25 minutos.

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of coconut meal
2 tablespoons oatmeal
4 tablespoons grated coconut
1 teaspoon of yeast
Blueberries to taste

Beat eggs with sugar and yogurt.
Add the flour, coconut and baking powder.
Spread the muffin shapes with coconut oil and pour two or three blueberries.
Fill with the preparation until 3/4.
Add another three or four blueberries and bake at 180ºC for 20 to 25 minutes.
