Today is the day to share with you another Daily Lunch. For today I made some Chicken Croquettes.

Hoje é dia de partilhar convosco mais um Daily Lunch. Para hoje fiz uns Croquetes de Frango.

For this dish you can use the leftovers of chicken the day before, add an egg and a tablespoon of manioc flour. Pretty simple and fast.

Para este prato podem aproveitar as sobras de frango do dia anterior, juntam um ovo e uma colher de sopa de farinha de mandioca. Bastante simples e rápido.
