Preparação:

• Bater as gemas com o açúcar, misturar a farinha e envolver as claras em castelo.
• Levar ao forno num tabuleiro rectangular forrado com papel vegetal, durante 15 minutos.
• Desenformar e cortar em rectângulos.
• Decorar em camadas com natas frescas e framboesas.
