Olá a todos! Hoje é dia de partilhar convosco mais uma receita Paleo. Hoje fiz uma Torta de Laranja no microondas sem gluten.

Ingredients:

• 1 Peeled Orange
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon grated coconut
• 1/2 tablespoon of sweet sprinkles
• 1 spoonful of coconut sugar
• 1 teaspoon of gluten free yeast

Ingredientes:

• 1 Laranja descascada
• 2 ovos
• 1 colher de sopa de côco ralado
• 1/2 colher de sopa de polvilho doce
• 1 colher de açúcar de côco
• 1 colher de café de fermento sem gluten

Preparation:

• Mix everything with the magic wand and put in a microwave pot for 3 minutes.

• Misturar tudo com a varinha mágica e colocar num recipiente de ir ao microondas durante 3 minutos.
