Ingredientes:
• Raspa de 1 limão s/partes brancas
• 120 g de sumo de limão coado
• 120 g de mel
• 60 g de manteiga dos Açores
• 1 pitada de sal
• 1 colher de sobremesa rasa de polvilho doce
• 2 ovos

• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon shallow dessert of manioc powder

Preparação:
• Coloque as raspas de limão num tacho, junte o mel e envolva um pouco.
• Deite os restantes ingredientes e levar ao lume até engrossar.
• Depois de engrossar, deixe arrefecer um pouco e coloque num frasco de vidro esterilizado e guarde no frigorífico.
