RECIPE - Chickpeas with Tikka masala

Hey, everybody. How are you? It's getting cooler summer here by the south, and is craving less to eat spoon dishes, but I adapt to everything, so I decided to make this recipe to make a good spoon dish, because it gives us a lot of nutrients legumes, but with a different flavor do you dare to try it?



INGREDIENTS Chickpeas Onion Carrot Pepper Chard Tikka masala sauce


  • First we cut to the cut we like: onion, pepper and carrot.
  • Then we go with the chards that we will make it in a separate saucepan with boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes and then we will strain it and reserve it.
  • In a frying pan put the vegetables to cook for 5 minutes and then add the chards and cook 5 minutes more.
  • We add the chickpeas to the frying pan, and then the tikka masala sauce, if you want you can use tomato sauce or cream, the sauce that you want.
  • Cover and let cook 7 minutes more approximately and ready!
