Canapés to be enjoyed during your romantic jacuzzi session at The Residence Mauritius!!!

Hello my friends of the Steemit world!

After the first food shots that I shared with you couple of days back...here I am again to make your mouth waters...

The following are actually two packages of canapés that I've worked out with my new team today...

These will be served to guests(Couples) wishing to go for a romantic Jacuzzi session at The Residence Mauritius! This is a new concept put in place and will be launched soon!

The idea is that the guests stay in the Jacuzzi and have some nice finger foods/canapés and champagne of course!

If you are planning to visit Mauritius soon, make sure to book at The Residence Mauritius and come try this lovely jacuzzi session to enjoy these yummylicious canapés prepared by my team!

Below are the varieties of canapés on the photos above:

Package one:

• Crab meat cannelloni, cucumber and grapefruit.
• Melon and pastis gazpacho with Parma ham and olives skewer.
• Garlic prawns, balsamic and sesame.
• Eggplant puree, beetroot and feta cheese tartlet.

Package two:

• Smoked Salmon and palm heart vindaye.
• Mozzarella, tomato and mint.
• Tuna tartar with ginger and coriander, parmesan crisp.
• Warm scallop confit, olives and orange.

So voila guys, the first few snacks/canapés that I prepared together with my new team today! It has been quite a tiring day for me today, time to relax now!
