Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 2 chicken drumsticks;
- 4 small potatoes ;
- 1 tablespoon oil;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- ½ tablespoon of salt.
Preparation
Mix the butter, garlic, salt and favorite spices. Spread the shin with this mixture. Potatoes cut into mugs or cubes or you can keep them whole, put in a sleeve for baking, put the shins on top. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Serve with spicy souce, lemon and salad.
