How to make Salad with sorrel, corn and cucumber
A healthy salad with sorrel, corn and cucumber can be quite filling and high with calories. Here is a simple recipe for you.

Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers;
- ¼ a bunch of dill;
- ½ beam of sorrel;
- 300 g of canned corn;
- 2-3 big paprika;
- salt-to taste;
- sour cream or mayonnaise - to taste.
Preparation
Boil the corn hard, cool and clean. Cut the sorrel, paprika and cucumbers into small cubes. Grind the greens slightly. Mix these ingredients with corn, having drained off the liquid. Salt the salad and mix with sour cream or mayonnaise.
