Bread, is one of the easiest and fastest foods in many homes, work places, even on journeys.
Bread is made of white flour, and it is normally baked. We also have wheat and cassava bread. It is a matter of choice. It comes in different shapes and sizes, and the prices vary. We have sliced and unsliced loaves; in different colours also. The regular ones are white in colour.

Whether poor or rich, it is affordable. It is the quickest food for artisans - motorboys, mechanics, bricklayers, factory workers, market men and women, students etc. even in homes, the list is uncountable.

Bread can be eating anywhere and anytime; and can be taking with mineral/soda, beverage or tea, coffee, hot bean-ball (akara ), stew, margarine, mayonnaise, groundnut, banga soup, fried or boiled eggs, sardines, and can be eating dry, but must be supported with water, for easy flow.

Bread can be used to make different delicacies like sandwiches, toasted bread with all kinds of condiments inside, scotch eggs etc.
