Baked Mac & Cheese Recipe- Food photo shoot
Baked mac and cheese topped with an irresistible golden crunchy with tasty cheesy macaroni is my favorit dish ever.
I enjoyed every bite and can't stop.
yield: 3 persons

Bake time: 20 mins
Ingredient:
300 g macaroni
Sauce:
60 gunsalted butter
50g all purpose flour
3 cups milk
100g shredded chedar cheese
100g shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp paprika
pinch of black pepper
1 tsp salt
for top:
40g bread crumbs
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Instruction:
- Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add macaroni and cook about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
- Meanwhile, prepare sauce In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat, dd flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Add the milk gradually and mix to dissolve, bring to boil with whisking regularly until thickened. Add cheese and mix until melt.
Adjust salt to taste. - Drain, return pasta to pot. Pour sauce into Macaroni. Stir quickly, then pour back into oven baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese then breadcrumb topping.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until top is light golden.
