Summer barbecue fried over the coals. In Russia we call these pieces of meat shashlyk. It is best to serve this dish with fresh onions, fragrant herbs and cold beer... and eat it sharing with your friend ^_^

Hi it looks too rich, here in Venezuela we also eat that way, but it has chicken, pork and meat, with rings of onions, all grilled well seasoned, it is very rich.

Yes, kebabs with beer, this is the best that you can think of in nature, and under Russian vodka it is even tastier
i would prefer beer, but i've heard that it's good with vodka as well :)

we usually cook tomatoes separatly, because they get cooked faster... but you are right, it's good with tomatoes ^_^
