BROWNIES
Ingredients :
- 50 g of butter
- 40 ml canola oil / vegetable oil
- 140 g dark chocolate cooking (DCC)
- 2 eggs
- 160 g of refined sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 25 g of cocoa powder
How to make :
Melt butter, canola oil and DCC with double boilers / on the team beheaded by low heat.
Sift flour and cocoa powder. Set aside.
Beat eggs, salt, and refined sugar using the wisk hand until the sugar dissolves or by using a low speed mixer for 1-2 minutes.
Add a little chocolate solution using a spatula.
Enter the flour sieve, mix well.
Pour in a pan that is smeared with margarine and dialed with baking paper.
Oven 20-25 minutes with a temperature of 190-200 (high temperature) or until cooked. Don't over-bake so that the inside of the brownie stays moist.
Oh yum... ready for desert
