Chicken thigh donuts

Ingredients :

  • 300 grams of high protein flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 6 gr instant yeast
  • 100 ml of warm liquid milk (can be replaced with warm white water but add 2 tablespoons of milk powder to the flour mixture)
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • A pinch of salt

How to make :

  • Mix warm milk, sugar and yeast let stand 5 minutes

  • Put the flour and eggs in the container, then pour the milk mixture, knead it until half smooth.

  • Add margarine and ulen salt until smooth (use a spiral mixer for about 15 minutes)

  • Leave the mixture for about 30 minutes then divide it according to taste and wrap it around the stick.

  • Leave it again until it expands and fry. After being cold it can be topped according to taste
