Chicken thigh donuts
Ingredients :
- 300 grams of high protein flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 gr instant yeast
- 100 ml of warm liquid milk (can be replaced with warm white water but add 2 tablespoons of milk powder to the flour mixture)
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- A pinch of salt
How to make :
Mix warm milk, sugar and yeast let stand 5 minutes
Put the flour and eggs in the container, then pour the milk mixture, knead it until half smooth.
Add margarine and ulen salt until smooth (use a spiral mixer for about 15 minutes)
Leave the mixture for about 30 minutes then divide it according to taste and wrap it around the stick.
Leave it again until it expands and fry. After being cold it can be topped according to taste
