CUSHION BROWNIES

Ingredients A:

• 6 eggs
• 225 grams of sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sp

Ingredients B:

• 125 gr low protein flour
• 50 grams of good quality chocolate powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder

Ingredients C:

• 100 ml of cooking oil
• 60 grams of margarine
• 125 gr dcc
• 80 gr skm brown

How to make :

• Prepare a 20x20 square pan with baking paper and thin margarine
• Preheat steam
• Melt C Ingredients
• Sift B ingredients together
• Mixer Ingredients A until it expands
• Enter the B Ingredients that has been sifted gradually stirring slowly back
• Add the C Ingredients, stir again slowly until evenly, no one settles
• Pour into a steamed baking dish for 45 minutes or until cooked over low heat so that the cake is not wavy
