CUSHION BROWNIES
Ingredients :
- 80 gr medium protein flour
- 35 grams of powdered chocolate
- 150 grams of sugar
- 4 btr room temperature eggs
- 80 gr DCC
- 120 gr margarine
- 1 tsp BP
- 1 tsp SP
- sufficient SKM
- to taste chocochip
How to make :
- spread the pan with margarine and give a little flour.
- Preheat steam.
- Mix flour, BP and powdered chocolate.
- melt margarine + DCC in a way, let it cool slightly.
- Beat eggs + sugar + sp until pale and swell.
- Enter alternately between flour and margarine mixture into egg beaters, mix well.
- take a little mixture, give SKM according to taste.
- pour half of the remaining SKM which is not given into the baking sheet (first layer)
- steam for 10 minutes.
- Open steamer, pour the dough given SKM. steamed 10 minutes (second layer)
- pour the remaining dough (third layer), steam for 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Let cool, serve.
