Nagasari hunkwe white chocolate
Ingredients :
- 120 grams of hunkwe flour
- 150 grams of sugar
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 2 pandan leaves
- 3 ripe plantains, steamed or boiled briefly, cut into pieces

- Chocolate paste to taste
How to make :
- Melt hungkwe flour and coconut milk. Cook over medium heat with sugar, pandan leaves and salt.
- Cook until boiling while stirring constantly until thick and explosive.
