Nagasari hunkwe white chocolate

Ingredients :

  • 120 grams of hunkwe flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 800 ml coconut milk
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 3 ripe plantains, steamed or boiled briefly, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Chocolate paste to taste

How to make :

  • Melt hungkwe flour and coconut milk. Cook over medium heat with sugar, pandan leaves and salt.
  • Cook until boiling while stirring constantly until thick and explosive.
  • Take half the white dough. The rest add pasta chocolate, then cook for a while while stirring.
  • Take 1 thick sheet of hunkwe special box, place 1 slice of banana, then place the brown and white dough next to the banana. Fold the left and right, then fold the rest of the plastic on the edges up.
  • Chill to harden, then serve.
