Salted Fish Balado
Ingredients :
- 300 gr salted fish
- right amount of oil
Roughly ground spices:
- 7 onion grains
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 curly red chilies
- 5 pieces of red cayenne pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
How to make :
- First, wash the salted fish then slice about 5 cm long, then fry for a while until cooked. Set aside
- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, saute the mashed until fragrant and cooked and then add the fried salted fish, stirring until the seasoning is soaked and slightly dry. Turn off the fire and salted Balado seasoning is ready to be served with warm white rice.
