Sweet potato roll
Ingredients:
- 50 grams of purple sweet potato
- 75 grams of flour
- 4 chicken eggs
- 75 grams of sugar
- 50 ml of thick coconut milk
- 100 grams of melted butter
- 1 tsp ovalet
- T tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Butter cream to taste
- Sufficiently grated cheese
How to make:
- Peel the purple sweet potatoes, steam and puree.
- Beat eggs, sugar, ovalet, and vanilla using a high speed mixer to expand and stiffen.
- Enter the flour and baking powder little by little while sifting to make it smoother, while continuing to stir using a spatula.
- Add fine purple sweet potatoes while stirring evenly
- Add melted butter and stir again until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into a 24 x 24 x 3 cm wide pan that has been coated with baking paper and smeared with butter.
- Steam for 20 minutes into a preheated steamer.
- Lift and spread with butter cream then roll slowly while still hot while slightly pressed.
- Put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Rub with butter cream again and sprinkle with grated cheese
