Healthy Eats

Since I've been watching carbs and sugar, a lot more lately, I have lost a few pounds. I also feel much better during the day. Eating healthy foods plays a big role on how you feel. This is bean salad which has a few types of beans, celery, red peppers and quinoa. Quinoa is on the list of the most healthiest foods. You can add a little olive oil and lemon or vinegar, to keep it healthy.
