Simply roast the sliced ​​mushrooms and dried tomatoes, brown with a little bit of noodle water, press in the garlic and refine with 1 tbsp fresh cheese (vegan or normal). Season with the spice Seniore Promodore and then add the boiled noodles. Swing through once, done. 🍽️👌🏻
Incidentally, I proceed as follows to make the mushrooms really brown: Put mushrooms in the pan with a little oil. After a short time they lose water and the whole simmer rather than roast. Then I let the water evaporate at high temperature and only when everything is gone, the mushrooms start to roast properly. 😉 Then they are also really brown. 😃
