Beef Smoor Recipe

Ingredients

• 400 grams of small fat beef
• 4 medium Tomatoes
• 1 Onion
• 6 Garlic cloves
• 6 Shallots Red Onion
• 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
• 1 tsp pepper powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• Spice:
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 Cardamon items
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 fruit Nutmeg

Steps

1. Boil Meat half-baked + -30 minutes, prepare Spice seasoning. I replace fresh tomatoes with Tomato Paste 2 tbsp and 1 fresh Tomato.
   

2. Puree Red Onion and garlic, Saute with. Enter the meat that has been cut into pieces, saute until fragrant.
   

3. Enter the Tomato paste / Cut fresh Tomatoes that have been cut Cut, enter also Spice. Saute all until fragrant.
