Gulai Crab With Long Beans Recipe
Ingredients:
- 800 gr of crab
- 700 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 6 red chili
- 3 onion cloves
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small section of turmeric
- 1 small segment of ginger
- 1 tomato fruit
- 1 piece of turmeric leaves
- 1 lemongrass
- To taste long beans
- Insufficient salt
Steps:
Wash the crabs.
Blend the chilli spices, onion, garlic, ginger and turmeric. Cut the long beans along the index finger.
Heat the coconut milk with fine spices, lemongrass and turmeric leaves, chopped tomatoes, stirring until boiling.
After boiling, enter the crab. Stir in coconut milk until the crab changes color to red.
Enter the long beans, mix well then lift and taste correction.
