Recipe Baked Lobster

Ingredients

• 2 Lobsters
• 5 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
• 2 cloves of onion (milled / fine grated)
• 3 tbsp butter / butter
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• to taste salt
• to taste pepper

Steps

1. Clean the lobster.
   

2. Lobster halved and discard the internal organs.
   

3. Lobster is marinated with a sprinkling of salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice. Can also add a sprinkling of pepper powder / pepper if likes. Let stand 15-30 minutes.
   

4. Melt butter. It could be in a small skillet or in a microwave.

5. Mix the melted butter with a mashed onion. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste.

6. Heat a skillet and grill lobster that has been lightly mariinated while smeared with a mixture of butter & onion.
   

7. Turn the lobster and raise the fire.
   

8. Lobster ready to serve with vegetables and dipping sauce selection or your favorite sauce.
