Shellfish Sauce Padang Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg of fresh Shellfish
- boiled spice:
- 2 segments of ginger
- 3 stalks of lemongrass
- seasoning sauce:
- 2 onions
- 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 1 garlic
- 100 gr margarine
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 20 sachet of extra spicy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Sufficient water
Steps
Clean the shellfish until the smell of fishy is reduced then boiled with ginger & lemongrass crushed until the orange color changes. set aside.
Slice onion of chili and garlic then heat margarine.
Saute garlic first until fragrant then pour the soy sauce & sweet soy sauce. Then input onions & chili. Saute until fragrant.
Enter the sauce and cornstarch already dissolved in water. Mix well. Add enough water.
Input shellfish until seasoning is mixed. Stir well.
