Simple cooking No8 Kakiage

Hello. Today, I will introduce you a Japanese traditional dish called Kakiage. It is very easy to cook. It goes well with rice, so you can cook Kakiagedonburi which means "rice bowl topped with mixed vegetables and seafood tempura"

Ingredient・材料
seafood/mituba/pumpkin/

How to cook
①Wash seafood and wipe them dry.
②cut mituba into moderate sizes.
③cut pumpkin into quarter slices.
④Mix egg, flour and water and stir them untill it becomes like a picture.

⑤Fry mixed vegetable with a spoon.

⑥It is done with tentuyu (sold at a japanese store. It is used to spice with tempura)

It a little bit dark.....but, It's delicious..
