4 eggs

Sugar
A piece of lemon peel and another of orange.
A sprig of cinnamon sticks.
A teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
Oil
PREPARATION
In a saucepan heat the milk with the sugar, the orange and lemon peels and the cinnamon stick, turning it with a spoon so that the sugar dissolves. Before it boils, it is removed and left to rest for ten minutes.
The slices of bread are then submerged in the milk for twelve seconds. They are removed and left on a plate. It is put to heat the oil to fry them. While the oil is heated, beat the eggs in which we batter the slices and fry them.
