My Choice of packed lunch: Flat bread turkey Sandwich

A few days back I was all alone for a few days- everyone else including my mom- specially my mom- were away enjoying a two day trip to a relative's new farmhouse. A "house breaking" party- sort of- a typically Indian occasion.

This is what I packed for my lunch. A roti roll - A flat bread turkey sandwich

The video below is almost the same recipe. Almost because I use hung curd instead of hummus and season the turkey- salt n pepper; are enough. Also the apple is a good idea- I had chilled green apple drink myself- ENJOY THE SUMMER
