India country of spices and herbs
India is the World's largest spices producer and exporter country. As per report India exported more than 1 billion kg of spices in 2017-18 season.
From the ancient times India's spices are famous for it's aroma, texture, taste and medicine value. There are more than 120 types of spices are made in India, it's possible due to variety type of climate in a subcontinent. USA, UK, China, UAE, Iran, Thailand, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Germany are the top most importers of Indian spices.
In India curries are most spicy or masala. We Indian can't even imagine a recipe without spices. This spices makes our food more delicious and tasty, I have not even ate all the spices so far, but definately will one day.
