GARLIC HERB-STUFFED PORK CHOPS


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 crumbled strips of cooked bacon
  • salt
  • paper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

The steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Combine pepper, cream cheese, garlic powder, chives, bacon and provolone cheese in a large bowl. stir until mixed.
  3. Season the porkchop with salt and pepper in all sides.
  4. Cut a pocket through the side of the pork chop. Stuff it with cream cheese mixture and press the edges to seal it. Do it to all of the pork chops.
  5. Dip the stuffed pork chops in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  6. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the pork chops for two minutes in both sides.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
