GARLIC HERB-STUFFED PORK CHOPS
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 crumbled strips of cooked bacon
- salt
- paper
- 1 cup flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
The steps
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Combine pepper, cream cheese, garlic powder, chives, bacon and provolone cheese in a large bowl. stir until mixed.
- Season the porkchop with salt and pepper in all sides.
- Cut a pocket through the side of the pork chop. Stuff it with cream cheese mixture and press the edges to seal it. Do it to all of the pork chops.
- Dip the stuffed pork chops in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the pork chops for two minutes in both sides.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
