SWEDISH MEATBALL PASTA
Ingredients
For Meatballs :
- 500g ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1 finely minced onion
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups egg noodles
- 1 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups milk
The steps
- Combine all the meatball ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a pot, heat the canola oil over medium-high heat.
- Make a ball in your hand about the size of a golf ball.
- Put it into the pot and cook for 1 minute on each side.
- Add the milk, beef broth, pepper, salt and worcestershire sauce. Stir, then bring to boil.
- Add egg noodles and stir until the pasta is cooked and the liquid ingredients reduced to a sauce.
- Add parmesan and parsley.
- Stir until the cheese is melted.
- Serve and Enjoy!
