Chicken Curry
Ingredients
- 5 chicken breasts, boneless
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cumin
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 3/4 tablespoon ground ginger
- 500 grams chopped tomatoes
- 100ml water
- 1 chopped red chilli
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Preparation
- Cut the chicken breasts into medium-size pieces.
- Transfer the chicken pieces into a medium bowl.
- Put chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, ginger, garam masala and white wine vinegar
on the bowl and mix it well with the chicken.
- Add oil in a medium heat pan.
- Add the chicken and cook until brown.
- Add the chopped red chilli, chopped tomatoes, salt, water and pepper.
- Mix it well
- Wait for it to boil.
- Simmer until the sauce has thickened.
- Enjoy!
