๐๐๐Best Common Food for Everyone.๐ฅ๐๐ฅฆ
Since childhood , I always heard of Vegetarian Food i.e those which does not contains any Flesh or Animal items. ๐ฅ๐ฅฆ๐ฅ and Non- Vegetarian Food i.e those which only have Flesh or Animal derived meals ๐ฅฉ๐ฅ๐.
In India we have many restriction too, like a Vegetarian can not take meals from Non- Vegetarian kitchen or used utensils but that restriction is not applicable for Non- Vegeterians.
Well in midst of all these , I always wondered is there any Food item that is common between these two foodie community. And finally, I found what it seems to be a correct answer.... SALADS.
Small pieces of cut vegetables and fruits served together which can be relished by everyone. I have seen it as a common food items in every parties, or restaurants or in any get together. Be a Vegeterians or a Non- Vegeterians all of them enjoys Salads like nothing else. Having salads at start of any meals or along with the meals is kind of ritual now.
Now a days, every meals be it at Restaurants or be it at own Home, we have a specific kind of Salads in the Menu. Most common item in Salads are Cucumber, Beats, Brocolli, Onions, Raddish, Carrots ,Apple, Peas these are easily available items nonetheless we opt for some other speciality Salads item.
I know, there are many people who have make Salads as their routine main meals. Like they totally have them in their meals and nothing else. They are living the Health concious life for staying fit.
Anyhow, what are the benefit of these Salads and why people always carve for the Salads. Here are some important facts I googled and found out from a dietician friend.
The French believes salad improves digestion after a meal. ... For the Americans, they eat their salad before or during a meal.
Salads contains high fibre which helps in controlling cholesterol.
Salads help in digestion.
Salads is good diet for weight loss.
Well, I believe this is only item which everyone one enjoys together. Even if you are drinker (Alcohal) then you would ร lso like to have salads in your plate. Or you being a patient , this salads are boon for them.
Moreover, this is the only item which is prepared very quickly. Just wash them and cut them. No need to spend time in cooking at kitchen. The best food for all and for all time. SALADS.
Nowadays, people have innovated different kinds of salads and further regrouped this common item into Veg Salads and Non- Veg Salads for sure each one of them have their own speciality and contents as per taste and requirements.
Anyhow, looking at all these benefits and utility, of Salads I believe this is the only meal for all.๐ฅฆ๐ฅ๐

salads rock. None of my family eat them so I dont bother buying salad much as I end up wasting a lot of it, so when I go out to eat, Im rather happy to order a salad
Indeed it is one of the better food. You know being an Indian we love those spicy curries and dishes...still we need to have the sirca dipped onions as salads which help in digestion ...but surprise to find you only being the salads lover๐
