Many restaurants that provide choice to the visitor whether the tea is served will be served hot or cold and a variety of sweet taste in this typical drink.
First, the leaves of fresh tea are left withered, like green tea. Then this leaf is rotated in a machine to remove the enzyme contained in the leaf. Afterwards, the leaves are silenced to oxidize. This process produces black color in tea. The oxidation process provides a thick tea flavor and solid color when brewed.
