Regular Readers may recall earlier today I decided to go out picking wild Blackberries close to home.

Tonight, I decided to push the boundaries in the "Kendal Kitchen" and rustle up some Blackberry and Fresh Cream Meringue Nests.

    Now that looks yummy @stephenkendal. But I'd add a few more blackberries I think. Maybe a layer below the cream as well? 😁

    I think you're right Gillian. I may have to rustle up a few more. I got loads of Blackberries and 12 meringue nests so plenty of gear to make a few more bad boys..!! hahaha. Stephen
