Sunday morning breakfast with my sons

Had breakfast yesterday with my two boys on Nob Hill in San Francisco. My oldest son took most of last week off from work and came home. We drove him back to his place on Sunday morning and kept up our tradition of grabbing breakfast. This week we tried a small cafe on Nob Hill.
Cragel sando.
Cragels are somewhere between a bagel and a croissant. I kind of liked them - not as chewy as a bagel but more substantial than a croissant. And kind of buttery like a croissant. Sando was a basic egg, sausage, and cheese breakfast sandwich. Good but nothing out of the ordinary.

We were there right at 8am when it opened. It filled up quickly. Nob Hill is a touristy part of town so a little different crowd than some of our recent breakfast trips. Nice part of town to visit. Good views, safe and clean.

I like the sound of this one although I think I'd prefer bread to that Cragel thing. I'm not a big fan of croissants, especially savoury croissants. 😁
Cragel was ok but probably a one time thing for me. Not going to seek them out ;)
