FRIED FISH WITH TARTAR SAUCE

A great option for a gourmet dinner. By the way, this classic sauce is suitable for any fried fish

You will need:

  • pickled or pickled cucumbers-40-50 g;
  • vegetable oil-30 ml;
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (or to taste);
  • fresh herbs (green onions, parsley, dill, etc.) to taste;
  • mustard - 1 tablespoon (or to taste);
  • egg yolks (boiled) - 2 PCs;
  • salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix with a mixer pureed boiled egg yolks, mustard, vegetable oil. Add the remaining ingredients; pickles and herbs finely chop and mix in the sauce.
    Fish (in the picture — fish "ice") breaded with a mixture of flour and salt and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
