FRIED FISH WITH TARTAR SAUCE
A great option for a gourmet dinner. By the way, this classic sauce is suitable for any fried fish
You will need:
- pickled or pickled cucumbers-40-50 g;
- vegetable oil-30 ml;
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (or to taste);
- fresh herbs (green onions, parsley, dill, etc.) to taste;
- mustard - 1 tablespoon (or to taste);
- egg yolks (boiled) - 2 PCs;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Mix with a mixer pureed boiled egg yolks, mustard, vegetable oil. Add the remaining ingredients; pickles and herbs finely chop and mix in the sauce.
Fish (in the picture — fish "ice") breaded with a mixture of flour and salt and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
