SOUP-PUREE OF BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER WITH CREAM, PARMESAN CHEESE AND SHRIMP

Fragrant and full-bodied, very useful. It can be served garlic croutons with bone marrow

You will need:

  • 300 g of broccoli;
    – 300 g of cauliflower;
  • 50 gr carrots;
  • 100 g of purified boiled shrimp;
  • 200 gr of cream 15%;
    – Parmesan cheese grated 50 grams;
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg;
  • Dill, salt, pepper to taste.
    Cook cabbage and chopped carrots in salted water, drain the water, leaving about 200 ml, slowly heat the cream with grated cheese until melted, vegetables grind directly in a pan with a blender. Then pour in the cream, add water, which boiled vegetables, add nutmeg, peeled boiled shrimp and bring to a boil.
    When serving, sprinkle with black pepper and herbs.
