THE PERFECT DINNER: FISH WITH FRESH HERBS

SUMMER, AND IT IS TIME TO LOSE WEIGHT. FOR THESE PURPOSES THE MOST SUITABLE BAKED FISH IS TASTY AND HEALTHY AND LOW-CALORIE. EXPERTS ADVISE TO BAKE IT IN FOIL.

You will need:
3 fillets of white fish,
1 lemon,
100 g of softened butter,
a few sprigs of fresh sage,
a few sprigs of fresh rosemary,
a few sprigs of fresh thyme,
a few sprigs of fresh oregano,
a few sprigs of parsley,
a pinch of dry lavender,
¼ tsp of freshly ground black pepper,
¼ tsp of sea salt.

Cooking process:
